Stock Market Simulation
Once students are familiar with
Microsoft Excel, they are introduced to the stock market. They pick
the stocks they would like to buy using information from the Company
Profiles and Daily Trader newsletter, which are resources that are
provided as part of the technology project.

DAILY TRADER
Read news story about
companies such as Kids on Wheels, Toy Box, Kids Bank, and
Pizza Planet.
If the story is good news
for the company the stock price rises, if it is bad news for
the company the stock price falls.
