introduced to the drawing tools in Microsoft Word. Following
step-by-step instructions they create a floor plan of their restaurant that
includes a reception area, dining room, kitchen, and
bathrooms. |
Calculate Financial Data using
Microsoft Excel
With their restaurant open to the
public, students now use Microsoft Excel to calculate their monthly
and yearly financial earnings. This information is then summarized
in a line graph.
Promote Business Venture using
Microsoft Word
The restaurant is a success!
Students
promote their business venture in an Investment Opportunity
newsletter incorporating all the technology skills and data
completed during this project.
