The TechnoKids Authorized Reseller Program is a program that grants people or companies the right to license the TechnoKids product in North America with restrictions placed on specific areas in the United States including California and Texas. This program provides a fair commission structure, sales support, electronic marketing tools, and easy terms and conditions.

• Sales Support: You will have access to toll free telephone and email support for fast responses to your questions.

• Welcome Kit: When you become a reseller TechnoKids provides you with a welcome kit that includes one sample curriculum package for demonstration purposes, product information guide; TechnoKids Authorized Reseller certificate; and electronic marketing tools.

• Marketing Tools: TechnoKids provides you with a wealth of marketing resources including detailed product information,  downloadable datasheets, templates, and product images.

• Dedicated Reseller Website: All TechnoKids resellers receive a security key code to gain access to our Reseller Portal that provides up-to-the minute product information and resources.

• Participation in Promotions: You will have the opportunity to participate in special TechnoKids product promotions.

• Regular Communication: To ensure that our resellers are fully informed of new product releases, upgrades, or promotions, TechnoKids distributes an e-newsletter to the TechnoKids reseller community.

What are the requirements for being an authorized reseller?

As a TechnoKids Authorized Reseller you will be required to:

• Sell to education organizations site licenses for the TechnoKids product

• Market the TechnoKids product

• Obtain sufficient knowledge about the TechnoKids product

• Inform customers about the terms and conditions in the end-user site license agreement

What will TechnoKids Inc. do for me as an authorized reseller?

As a TechnoKids Authorized Reseller you can expect TechnoKids Inc. to:

• License one Computer Curriculum Package site license to a learning center or school of your choice

• Provide a Welcome Kit that contains one sample curriculum package for demonstration purposes, product information guide; TechnoKids Authorized Reseller certificate; and electronic marketing tools

• List you as a TechnoKids Authorized Reseller on the TechnoKids website

• Offer toll free telephone and email sales support

• Provide electronic marketing tools including product information guide,  datasheets, templates, and product images

• Grant a security key code to gain access to the Reseller Portal and Reseller E-Order areas

• Grant you the right to use TechnoKids proprietary marks and logo for the purpose of promoting our products

• Provide you with electronic sample projects for demonstration purposes

• Give all your TechnoKids customers toll free telephone and email curriculum support

What is the process for distribution?

Pricing: TechnoKids Inc. sets the pricing for all licensing of our curriculum. TechnoKids Head Office will provide pricing on multiple site licenses or other uses of the curriculum. Currently, the product is sold as electronic books (pdf format) on a CD.

Ordering: Authorized resellers can log into the E-Order online system and complete the form to place an order. Typically it takes two to three business days to process the order.

Packaging: TechnoKids Inc. packages the curriculum. Permission must be granted by TechnoKids Inc. for customer requests for curriculum in a format other than digital.

Shipping: TechnoKids Inc. ships curriculum to the purchaser. TechnoKids Inc. will pay for the cost of shipping and handling.

Invoice: TechnoKids Inc. sends an invoice to the purchaser.

Support: TechnoKids Inc. provides curriculum support to purchaser.

Follow-up: TechnoKids Inc. will telephone or email the customer 30 days after they have received the product to remind them of the support services and to see if they need any assistance with implementation.

How do I place a customer order?

TechnoKids Inc. has established an online ordering system. TechnoKids Authorized Resellers receive a security key code that grants access to the E-Order area. In this secure area the order information is entered into a form and sent immediately to TechnoKids Head Office for processing.

Where can I license the product?

When you become a TechnoKids Authorized Reseller you are granted a non-exclusive territory. You can license the product anywhere in North America with the exception of California and Texas.

Where can I NOT license the product?

When you become a TechnoKids Authorized Reseller you are granted a non-exclusive territory, however there are some restrictions. You can not license the product outside of Canada or the United States. Moreover, you are restricted from licensing the product in the States of California and Texas.

Can I change the pricing of the product or offer preferred customers a discount?

TechnoKids Inc. sets the pricing for all licensing of our curriculum. TechnoKids Authorized Resellers CAN NOT offer customers a discount. TechnoKids  Inc. will provide pricing on multiple site licenses.

Can I change the product to suit my marketplace?

TechnoKids Authorized Resellers are prohibited from translating, reverse engineering, de-compiling, disassembling, or creating derivative works based upon the product.

The Reseller Portal is a secure area to gain access to the latest products, upgrades, and marketing tools. TechnoKids Authorized Resellers receive a security key code that grants access to the Reseller Portal.

The E-Order area is an online ordering system. TechnoKids Authorized Resellers receive a security key code that grants access to E-Order. In this secure area the order information is entered into a form and sent immediately to TechnoKids Head Office for processing.

Can I use TechnoKids proprietary marks and logo to promote the product?

TechnoKids Authorized Resellers are granted the right to use TechnoKids logo and proprietary marks for the sole purpose of promoting the product.

Can I USE the TechnoKids product as well as LICENSE it?

When you become a TechnoKids Authorized Reseller you are granted the right to LICENSE the product to education organizations. When you become a TechnoKids Authorized Reseller you are given a license for one Computer Curriculum Package that you can grant to a school or learning center of your choice. If you happen to run your own business and would like to license the Computer Curriculum Package to your location YOU CAN. If you teach at a school and you would like to license the Computer Curriculum Package to the place where you work YOU CAN. However, what YOU CAN'T do is USE the Sample Curriculum Package as this is intended for demonstration purposes only.
