What are the benefits to being a TechnoKids Associate?

• Exclusive Territory: When you become an a TechnoKids Associate you are granted the EXCLUSIVE right to a specific territory. This prohibits any company or person from using or selling TechnoKids products or services in your territory.

• One FREE Computer Curriculum Package Site License: When you become a TechnoKids Associate you are given a license for one Computer Curriculum Package that you can grant to a school or learning center of your choice.

• Listing on the TechnoKids Website: You will have the opportunity to list your organization as Associate on the TechnoKids web site, which will provide a high level of visibility.

As a TechnoKids Associate you can expect TechnoKids Inc. to:

Where can I use or distribute the product?

When you become a TechnoKids Associate you are granted an exclusive territory. Typically, this allows you to use and distribute the TechnoKids product and/or offer TechnoKids services in a specific country.

Where can I NOT use or distribute the product?

You are prohibited from using or distributing the TechnoKids product and/or offering TechnoKids services outside your exclusive territory. However, in the event you are presented with an opportunity outside your territory, you can take advantage of it with some restrictions.

RESTRICTION: You can not take advantage of an opportunity in another TechnoKids' Associates territory. This includes all countries in Africa, South America (with the exception of Mexico), and Central America. As well, there are TechnoKids Associates who own the rights to the following countries: Greece, Cyprus, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Romania, Yugoslavia, Spain, Portugal, Indonesia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, India, Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong.

RESTRICTION: If you want to take advantage of an opportunity outside your territory you are required to contact TechnoKids Inc. If the company approves the opportunity you can pursue it. However it is important to realize that TechnoKids Inc. is entitled to 50% of all revenue generated from the opportunity.

IMPORTANT: Using or distributing the TechnoKids product and/or offering TechnoKids services outside your territory without TechnoKids Inc. approval will result in immediate termination.

Can I change the product to suit my marketplace?

TechnoKids Associates are able to translate or customize the product to make it more suitable to their unique marketplace. However, copyright and ownership of all modified materials belong exclusively to TechnoKids Inc.
